How does personalising work?
Choose a tile, upload your photo and check everything before checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most tiles are made to order and ship the next working day. After that, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days to Germany and France and 4 to 11 working days to other EU countries.
Can I return a personalised tile?
Because we make every personalised tile especially for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it. Did your tile arrive damaged, or did we make a mistake? Report it within 14 days of delivery and we remake it for free. Ready-made tiles and accessories come with a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay securely with trusted methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Can I send the tile straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and, if you like, add a personal card before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage and the packaging within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We remake your tile for free.
