What to expect after you order
When will my order ship?
We make and ship your tile the next working day. After that, it usually reaches you within 1 to 3 working days in Germany and France and within 4 to 11 working days in the other EU countries.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship for free from € 60 to the Netherlands, Belgium and most other EU countries. Below that, you pay € 6,95 in the Netherlands and € 7,95 in Belgium. Rates per country are in our shipping policy.
Need your tile by a fixed date?

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all countries of the European Union, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland and the French overseas territories. You find the shipping cost per country in our shipping policy, and you always see it before you pay.
